I am writing to kindly request a review of our domain, droposal.com, which we believe has been mistakenly flagged by your system, resulting in our emails being marked as spam.

We have observed that our emails are only classified as spam when they contain links pointing to our application (e.g., app.droposal.com). This is particularly problematic as Droposal is a proposal creating and sending platform — our users send business proposals through these links, and the links are essential for their recipients to access the proposals.
We want to emphasize that we do not send spam or unsolicited emails from our platform. All emails are user-initiated, sent with clear business intent, and only to contacts who have provided their email addresses directly. Furthermore, our sending practices fully comply with email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and all relevant anti-spam regulations.
