#7 Fix marking multipart messages with empty part as SPAM

Multipart messages with one (or more) empty part, but
with headers in this part are marked SPAM. This patch
fixes this issue.

Example of such message:
From <somethere@anythere.com> Sat Jun 7 22:16:46 2003
+0000
From: <somethere@anythere.com>

To: <anotherthere@anythere.com>

Content-Type: multipart/mixed;
Subject: My photo!!!!!

This message is in MIME format from HotBOX.ru

My mail is getting spam because of the following two reasons.

--2.43 RAZOR2_CF_RANGE_51_100 Razor2 gives confidence level above 50%
cf: 100
--1.729 RAZOR2_CHECK Listed in Razor2 (http://razor.sf.net/)

How to remove from Razor2 list?
