#68 fixing build/install razor-agents using perl-5.22 (with patch)

newer EU::MM versions (notably the version included in perl-5.22.0) enclose variable references in double-quotes. this breaks man page installation when installing razor-agents-2.85 from source.
the attached patch file fixes razor man page installation when such a version is used, while (supposedly :-) not breaking on older perl installations.

NB: fixes from sf.net/p/razor/bugs/67 and sf.net/p/razor/bugs/67 are included in the attached patch file. if you already applied the patch(es) from sf.net/p/razor/bugs/67 and / or sf.net/p/razor/bugs/67 to your razor-agents source tree, then delete the first and / or the second snippet from the attached patch file before applying.
