Raymond 2.0.10 has been posted.  This is the first beta release, and the
first to include skeletal support for ExtUtils::MakeMaker for module
installation.

Within a major version, I'm reserving 0 for beta, odd numbers for
development/unstable, and even numbers for release/stable.  Hence, the
first release candidate will carry a 2.1 tag, and the first stable
release will be 2.2.
