Would be useful a treshold monitoring system.

I mean, during polling (poller.php), values from
polling could be checked against the max value to get
the % utilization.
I think of cacti monitoring a cisco router and an
interface bandwidth usage rises above 90% (for at least
n times checks); or a server partition usage...

Next step would be alerting via mail....
