Status update

Finished the main generation piece.

Included all intended functionality... and a handful of great suggestions from @c0nceal3d

Now all that's left is the HTML page (about 80% complete - see screenshots). First release will come when i get this knocked out. If you're wanting to BETA test, shoot me an email. I'm always open to input from fellow infosec enthusiasts!

TODO on the html:
- nice border around pictures or overlay behind (thumb and preview)
- display pic fullsize
- adjust window placement/size
- add option next to http|https for opening pic in new tab
- in preview, get height,width of pic and constrain to the largest value
- render() changes the img hXw, while -/+ does not change both...
- checkboxes for a follow-up input list
- multiple terms in search?
- ip list: 'add results to IP list', 'clear', 'show these in results'
- scroll to top of page when page is flipped
- format info in the dropdown
- *needs to overlap the pic instead of pushing it down. (tooltip/popup?)
- have wktohtml or NSE script crop photos' white space
- top padding on search box and 'results:' text
- font sizing in header
- cleanup/optimize

Recent changes:
- added 'img only / show all' button
- now accepts new format and ww/pwdlst input
- updated to jQuery 1.8+ and jQuery.UI 1.8.23 (minimized, of course)
- temp. fixed image sizing when using '-/+'
- fixed placement/sizing issues with image preview
- added meta document encoding
