Cropped sensor area with 5MP video mode
C++ library for controlling Raspberry Pi Camera (with/without OpenCV)

The newer versions of the Raspberry Pi firmware support 5 MP video mode that utilizes the full sensor area and thus a full FOV. However, when I attempt to enable 5 MP video mode with Raspicam it still crops the output to the center of the sensor and narrows the FOV. This occurs with a resolution of 2592x1944 and 2560x1920.
The Raspberry Pi prioritizes the frame rate over the resolution. Lowering the frame rate switched the sensor into the correct mode. This ticket can be closed.
And how did you set fps using raspicam? It doesn't seem to implemented. The only way seems to be changing the framerate state in private_impl.cpp. Haven't tried it yet. Is that how you did it?
