Update of the Input selector script

I updated the input selector script to include GPIO (retrogame) and MCP module (pikeyd) selection.

You can update the 20150408 release with these commands :

$ cd temp/Raspicade-configuration-files/
$ git pull
$ sudo cp etc/rc.local* /etc/
$ cp piinputconf.sh ~/
$ sudo reboot
