I built the system with the image of raspbx-10-10-2020.zip and upgraded
everything.
If the SIP server and Raspbx are separated by NAT, the call will be
interrupted in 32 seconds.
Is there a solution to this?

The connection destination is an automatic voice response, and even if I
answer the guidance question with the tone button, it is not recognized.

Just in case, I lowered the version of the system and rebuilt it. #I used raspbx-04-04-2018.img.
The Problems #IVR is not recognized
I chaged the setting FreePBX Advanced Settings-SIP DTMF Signaling- to rfc2833.
And I chaged the setting Extension-Advaned Settings-DTMF Signal-to "SIP INFO".
Now it works properly.
Construction over NAT is not yet done.
