Raspberra Pi 4 8GB

Hallo,

I tried a lot, but actually I can't get it working...
I have a Raspberry Pi 4 model B with 8GB RAM.

First I tried the tutorial that is listed on the official page (http://www.raspberry-asterisk.org/downloads/) which is this one: https://www.dslreports.com/forum/r30661088-PBX-FreePBX-for-the-Raspberry-Pi

But there i stopped before the point "GVSIP" because after the reboot, nothing more happend...
The Web GUI ist not working, it shows an Apache 2 default page.

So i asked in an other forum and they told me to use an other tutorial which is based on installing the .img directly on the sd card...
But this don't works for the 8GB version of the berry 4...

What could i do now to get it working?

I just tried again to install it from new with the dslreports tutorial.
After the installation I get this:

Wi-Fi is currently blocked by rfkill.
Use raspi-config to set the country before use.
