I am running the asterisk alarmreceiver module which runs a script specified in alarmreceiver.conf. The problem is that every time my Pi 3 reboots, something is removing execute permision from my script in /etc/asterisk/alarm (my directory added). I tried to chmod +x it back in /etc/rc.local, but apparently /etc/rc.local is not run last. Any ideas? I do not know why the permissions get changed in the first place, nor can I find (after 2 hours of looking), where asterisk is actually started in the boot-up sequence. Any help would be appreciated.

It is a standard process of the FreePBX startup scripts to change the permissions of all files. I recommend to put your files into a different directory than /etc/asterisk, maybe directly in /etc/alarm.
