#5 Updated track - Hockenheim

Created the track using the track editor, its fairly
accurate visualy and length wise compared to the real
F1 track of this season. I created this opening the
original hock.trk and deleted some segments and added
a couple of new ones. I had to make some minor
adjustments at the last curve though.
