Soren PerThygesen also raised the question of the use of the character sequence "\AE\AE" that appears in the code of the Tokeniser (and Compactor & Parser) because it causes a warning when the g++ compiler applying the '-Wall' flag code is applied to the code. The document Use of the Escape Sequence '\A' explains the situation.
