#2 Superfluous Tuples in 'Attributes' relvar.

When carrying out queries, superfluous tuples are added to the 'Attributes' relvar of the Meta DB. They do not cause the DBMS to fail, but they do cause this relvar to expand ad infinitum. See Illogical Addition of Tuples to 'Attributes' Meta Relvar for details and test runs.
