#1 Improved Script

Hi,

I've found your script very useful and made some improvements. These are the major changes:

* new: if a script is stopped and then run again, downloaded files will be skipped.

* enh: speed is now reported as the average of roughly the last 10 seconds.

* enh: enhanced status and error report.

* change: I removed the -u option and made the URLs list file a required argument. -d is optional (defaults to current directory).

I also translated all the variable names.

Since there are many changes, I attach the new script and not a patch.
