#18 Fix for compilation problem.

Adding the following forward declarations at the beginning of the internal package (line 31) will fix the compilation errors seen when using g++ 4.7.x

I ran into the same problem with gcc 4.9.3 on Cygwin. My own version of the fix is attached to this post.

This bug seems to be related to bug # 16 (with Clang).
