#3 Include all of PHP 7.4

It would be nice if you could include all of PHP 7.4 INCLUDING GD2 which would allow someone to work with graphics or CURL so you can do things with the internet or just about all of the libraries.

I can send you the source of RapidEXE if it helps.
But I think putting php.ini and dlls in the engine folder will solve the
gd2 problem.
I'm actually not sure; it's a very old project.

Are you familiar with Lazarus / FreePascal?
