It only includes files under the project you're compiling. External references will not be automatically copied into it.
I can send you the source of RapidEXE if it helps. But I think putting php.ini and dlls in the engine folder will solve the gd2 problem. I'm actually not sure; it's a very old project. Are you familiar with Lazarus / FreePascal?

Hi! There's no "phprapid.exe" but I know what you mean :) Thing is, this tool is for console applications so even if you can hide the console window itself, it's not the best solution. Maybe ZZEE PHPExe or ExeOutput will do a better job. I only heard of WinBinder, not sure how it works, but if it's cooperating well with RapidEXE, maybe you need a tool like SilentCMD or another solution on this page.
