#3 Audit tables
It would be useful to add the ability to specify an
'AuditTableName' in the RapidDB XML schema.
This would take the data for the 'parent' table and
auto generate audit classes and list classes, and
include the handling of updates in the audit tables in
the parent auto generated classes.
Aim is to include the ability to 'audit' any table as a
one/two attribute addition to a table definition within
the XML schema.

The Audit table should have an ID field, named 'Id', or
provided at the table level, i.e. 'AuditIdFieldName=Id', in
a similar manner to the audit table name specification.
Within the RapidDB schema each field within a table would
also be capable of using a different name within the Audit
table. This would support original fields named 'Id' to
become 'ProductId' when in the Audit table.
