#5 Support for the keyint type

Include support for the keyint type.
This type is dedicated for the normalized databases
being loaded by external tools.
Such type should not be indexed, howewer they should
be linked to the docid somehow to make possible
loading for the referenced sets.

No support for the denormalized tables should be
created since it is a tough task....
