#3 File system robustness is bad

Need to increase FS robustness. Implement some
transactional features during extending/shrinking the
file.
Duplicate for the system information( bitmasks, block
entring points and footer ).
Revise the FS in terms of general block file system
which supports for only several files instead of many
of them.
