This is my first-pass at a patch to stream from stdin.

You do this by specifying - as the input filename to
raop_play. This disables console input, obviously. I
have also included an error message if you attempt to
use this with the -i option.

The patch is very rough. Comments are welcome.

My email is:

The stdin_stream is based on a copy of aac_stream so
there may be leftover unused/misused items. The patch
compiles cleanly.

    Hello,
I have used your patch, patched myself the xine-lib so than
it write to /dev/stdout instead of an fixed filename. But it
works only for 3-4 Songs if I use it from amarok or similar.
Another idea was to modify your patch, that it is reading
from a named pipe instead of stdin.
What do you think about it ?
    Thanks
