login problem on win2000

#1 login problem on win2000
I'm using Win2000/Apache/Mysql
I've got as far as the login screen but when I try to login
as user "guest" - pass "guest" I get the message...
"Incorrect username or password."
the user table does have these details added where do I
go from here?
