#36 Ramp to J2EE

Build a pluggin that allows RAMP to generate a J2EE
API. This should be completely possible. The way it
would work is to generate the connection classes, and
then a set of data modeling classes that allow a J2EE
application to be easily constructed. Perhaps all of the
data classes would be turned into beans, and a servlet
would be added.
