#10 possible bug in 2.1b

Greetings!

I have been tryting to update to 2.1b from 2.0 and encounter one possible bug.

Please see to the attachment, we use server side file to show the dirs everyday on the web(inside the 7z file).
The xml in every DIR is generated at the same time to control the page style.
It worked smoothly at 2.0.

But when I upgraded to 2.1b, please looks into the jpg File.
The first tab is fine, but all other ones is empty.

First I think maybe because I touch the code, but when I switch to the raw war file on sourceforge, it remains the same.
Please look into this at your convenience.
