The first program with Rakurai technology enabled. Uses the RCE [Rakurai Communications Engine] Client source, for maximum compatibility with the Internic server. Next version will include user's selection of whois server to demonstrate the cross compatibility of RCE Client. WhoAm server also in development.

This is the first version of RAK that we have released. It is, currently, not open source but 0.03 is only to demonstrate the current alpha features of both the Rakurai Server and Client, in an .exe file. 0.04 will be released very soon after. Once we progress past the Beta stage, we will begin to release open source versions as soon as they have been developed.
