Ooh, Shiny! New Development!

Hello, everyone. It has been some time since I started on RainDoll, and lately (after finishing college, and moving into a new house), I have had some time to turn back to SourceForge.

First Preview Release of Version 1

Please download RainDoll-1.0-pr1.zip to test the brand new interface. Based on usability results from the version 0 release, a new interface has been designed to provide greater simplicity - better feedback, consolidation of multiple dialogs, and better contextual information.

RainDoll's goals are security and simplicity. It provides a slim, smart interface for simple and secure file encryption.

When you open a file for encrypting, the destination encrypted file is automatically guessed, and defaults to the original name plus a program extension (.rdoll). If you open a file with the program extension the file operation defaults to decryption.... read more

First Release

RainDoll version Zero has been released. I would call it "very much alpha", but it does work. Some might call that beta, but hey.

Source code/Binaries and screenshots are now available.
