Here is my short list... I am currently working on custom modules for internal use. We may release them after they reach version 1.0.0 Staff Directory - Creating module for showing employees job title, phone, location, picture ...Jobs Module - List of job opening. Has employer piece, jobs section, so a user should look through and get a listing of jobs in our local areaNews Module - This sets the current announcements module and adds a module setting for Department Code to display, and Allows the news to show up in more then one department. So on the News page we show PressReleases, and in the Admissions Section we show just Admissions, and Baseball page shows news about Baseball, and Basketball, yet the new shown on the Sports Page shows news from all sports and so on.We are going to have to create a new UI so that we can support a new ADA menu system as currently RB falls short in this area. The IBM Reader for IE skips over the menus. Sports Rosters - This will be a modified version of our Staff Directory. New Layout and such to support all the sports teams on campus, golf, baseball, basketball and so on. A module setting will decide what team to pull and what year to pull. and of course the user should be allowed to filter the year if they want to work at past years. There are many others but most of them are not as generic as these are. And as far as CVS goes, I have been downloading code about every two weeks for these projects to see what impact if any the changes have. All my CVS changes are committed at this point. Basically if you have updated code in your solution that is not exactly as it is in CVS, then you fit in here.Another field I would like to hear back on is people who have or are creating custom modules, addon. Maybe you have solutions you created in the past with custom modules, ones you might be interested in marketing or selling as available addons to rainbow solutions. Maybe you have a design team that specializes in creating themes for RB - Thank you,Jonathan |
