Hello all,

I updated the default compile version for the Rainbow site and all its dep to .NET 3.5.  I have also updated the main two editors ( freeTextBox and CKEditor) to their latest versions.  I have removed the System.Web.Extensions outside reference that was causing issues.

Even though the code did work on .NET 4.0, some features did not work as .NET 4.0 is more strict in areas.  For now we support 3.5 on IIS 6.  If you would like to contribute to a IIS 7 / .NET 4.0 version please drop me an email.
