Mark,

I am interested in contributing to the Issue Tracker Rainbow project, where is the code?

Kind Regards,

Lenny

Subject: [Rainbowportal-devel] IssueTracker

Just a heads up.  I've been working for a few weeks on a standalone (non-Rainbow) version of IssueTracker.  I've abandoned the MS Access version of the database.  I'm also changing some fundamental design issues, like forcing all projects to use the same enumerated lists (categories, priorities, status, etc), extending the standard set of issue fields for my personal needs. and changing the security model.

IssueTracker is not a 'great' example of how to write code, it has some stupid freshman programming constructs, but the high-level architecture seems reasonable.

Anyway, my point is, if at some time in the future someone wants to create a Rainbow module of IssueTracker, they are welcome to my code base.  My code will continue to change weekly over the coming months but I already have made a lot of small usability changes, bug fixes, and 8 or 10 new features.
