#9 New forum widget

This widget makes it easy to add a forum to a website.
The forum has 3 modes:
- Visitor mode: Allows the visitor to view the forum
- User mode: Allows the user to create new topics, reply/add posts, edit/remove own existing posts
- Admin mode: Allows the administrator to do everything of the other two modes plus removing posts/topics, (temp)banning users, move topics, add/edit/remove sections
