[Rails-users] Bug in 1835?

Hi,

we are playing 1835 with rails 1.9.0. For some reason the exchange of BB 
and HB was not performed after the selling of the first 5-train. Is this 
a bug or did we miss something?

Hi Oliver,

thats indeed a bug. Apparently rails is testing in subsequent phase
changes only the fact if theres an unconverted minor, which in your game
that isnt the case. So theres no formation round being called at the
phase change for Phase 5 in your game.

I'll have to fix that and release a 1.9.1 me thinks..
