I've uploaded the second release candidate for 1.0.7.
This one should work on Java 5 again.
I've also improved the build.xml to automate creation of the release
package. This should allow anyone to duplicate the release process.
Kick the tires, and if there's no other major issues, I think we can
get the full release out the door by next weekend.
