Hello Rails project.

I apologize if this is the wrong forum to address this.

I downloaded the software and it seems to run fine until I get to the start
of the first operating round. I just can't figure out how to lay a tile. Is
there any documentation available?

What happens when you click on an available hex? You *should* have the
available tiles for that hex show up on the left-hand side.

Are you using Rails 1.1.1?  I had some problems with odd broken map
displays in 1.1.0

No, but you have stumbled upon a fatal bug in version 1.1.0.  Please upgrade
to 1.1.1.
