Have you looked into the other issue as well?

Otherwise I will check that: The rocket should be usable before the 
revenue calculation step, that is one of the neat tricks. Is the Rocket 
not shown as an option in the special menu?

Hi Stefan,
i had a game where i played the rocket and was able to exchange it in
time for the first run.
So i think there is the right mechanismn in place already.
I can recheck tomorrow evening.
