Thanks, I got the same impression, but I was not sure.
OK, if you do not mind, I will try to move some generic functionality
into the PlayManager and other related classes or even create a
StartRound-Utility class.
This would allow to focus even more on the specific functionality in the
StartRound_18xx classes.
