Hello,
a new alpha of rails containing most of the 1880 implementation is
available now thanks to the contribution of Michael Alexander.

Open points still needed to address are:
* Private powers not implemented fully (Rocket of China, Ferry Power,
The Private that gets exchanged for cash)...
* Off map areas not blocking tiles/tokens lays (General rails problem).
* on starting bids you cant increment your bid by 5 by using the UI-arrow.
* HKR yellow Tile is displayed with the wrong value, but calculated
with the right one...
