thanks for your report.
With respect to 1:
K18 is the "Ruhrgebied" hex, which has no value of its own (thus hex
highlighting indicates a zero value), however it doubles other stations
visited. So for PRR the additional value of visiting Ruhrgebied is 680
as shown by the detailed display of the route calculation.
So the run is calculated correctly (the game has the option set to
double only major stations = cities).
With respect to 2:
I can confirm this bug. The option for unlimited D is set and it is not
possible to buy another D after the PRR has bought the last one.
However this is Erik's domain to check and the unlimited D bug was an
issue before.
Please check the other issues you experienced with 1.7.0. Could you also
please send me (per private mail) the save file after you finish your
game as we do not have a 18Kaas test case so far.
