I'm pleased to announce the release of version 1.0.3 of Rails.
There are many changes included in this release. Here are some of the
release highlights:
* Added logging using Log4j
* Added SVG tiles
* Added Batik library for working with SVG tiles
* Added Undo/Redo for nearly all other game phases.
* Significantly improved Undo/Redo granularity.
* Added several keyboard shortcuts for menu items
