A few items to note from current playtest:
1) Map: Hex H8 should be a selectable town/city double hex. The current
map has it as a double city only.
2) Undo error: When using undoing opening a company after setting the
par price, when you open it again after the undo Rails will not let you set
the Par price (it use the Par set before the undo)
3) When opening a company, Rails does not let you choose the size of
the President's share (20,30, or 40%)
4) When opening a company, Rails does not let you select which of the
open slots in a particular Par price to put the company in (First, Second,
Third, or Fourth).
