I have created a new Wiki page called "Playing modes" to describe the
various ways in which Rails can be used.
I mainly did this to fulfil my promise to describe the Autosave/load
feature, but I have also added headings for other modes, with some text or
just a placeholder. I hope that people better qualified than I am will enter
or complete these other mode descriptions.
