Git will notice whitespace changes, such as tabs converted to spaces
or vice versa, as well as other non-visible changes, such as a change
from Unix-style carriage returns (CR) to Windows-style carriage
returns (CRLF).
Try doing a "git diff" and see what lines it thinks are changed.
