This problem has been fixed. In this particular case, the THB home hex was
not laid, and that blocked further actions.

Hello Erik,
Following the users-digest, I noticed your solution for the Reading &
Coalfields variant problem. I also have a hangup with 1856. The CV posted a
station-marker in the THB hex earlier in the game. Now the THB wants to
operate for the first time, but it hangs up on that particular action.
I am attaching the save game.
