In my long-running project to turn all (relevant) modal popups in non-modal
ones, I have now converted the request for initial share prices in start
rounds.
This affects, for instance, requesting the B&O par price in 1830.
The popup layout is now similar to the corresponding request in stock
rounds, using a list of radio buttons instead of a dropdown.
