When you extract the files from the zip-file (or tar.bz2 file), you
should have a rails directory that contains several files.
Look for either rails.bat or rails.sh.
On Windows, double-click the .bat file.
On Linux/UNIX, execute the .sh file.
Note: You need to have Sun's Java Runtime Environment installed first.
