I'm pleased to announce the release of Rails 1.0.4.

Rails is a Java-based implementation of 18xx games. Our goal is to allow
computerized play of as many 18xx games as possible.

Release 1.0.4 Highlights:

* 18AL fully playable.
* Initial XML and tile graphics for 18EU
* Fixed M&H/NYC swap in 1830.
* Many other bugfixes.
