[Rails-devel] Startproblems with rails-2.2-beta2-all.jar

hi all,

When i start the "rails-2.2-beta2-all.jar" programm on a Win10-Notebook, 
I get following errors:



Rails-18xx.exe installs and run without Problems, also 
"rails-2.1beta1-all.jar" runs with no Problems.

I'll want use the Jar-Version, because some systems don't allow the 
installation of an exe-File

Any Hints?
