[Rails-users] New list member and help on how to get into a game

Good day to all Rails users,

My name is Alberto and I am from Spain. I am completely new to 18XX and
Rails. I have only a little experience with 1830.

I am not pretty sure of how to get into a game or start one. I suppose I
have to write to this e-mail address to propose a game or as I am suscribed
to the list all users would receive some kind of invitation any time
somebody uses the list to organize the list. If there is any other
procedure, please let me know. It's the first time I use software such as
Rails to participate in online games.
