[Rails-devel] Rails load-Error

[Schnell, V. <vol...@ar...>]

Hello,

a friend has a problems with rails.
He runs Windows 7, both version of rails (jar and Exe) stops while 
loading the attached File.
The error see in the file.

On my system the file is loaded without error.

Any hints.
