[Rails-devel] new bug with 1856 bonuses in rails 1.9

Hello all.

I found a new bug in rails 1.9 (playing 1856). Save file is attached.
Can't tell if it exists in 2.0RC1 as I cannot load the 1.9 save file in 2.0RC1 (loading halts at 92% as already reported)
Maybe Stefan if you can find a way to load the save file in the soon to be 2.0RC2 you can check if the bug still exists or not ?

So here's the bug : we are after CGR formation, and in the Special menu, CV can buy 
- tunnel from LPS (!)
- bridge from bank
but LPS no longer exists (has merged into CGR).

If CV buys from the "LPS", it's cash decreases by $50 as expected, but bank's cash is unchanged.
